CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Overview
This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds for services and products offered by M/s Minimum Strength ("MNMM"). Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any membership, coaching program, or merchandise.
Gym Membership
No Refund Policy
All gym membership fees are non-refundable once paid. This applies to all membership types including:
- Monthly memberships
- Quarterly memberships
- Annual memberships
- Day passes and guest passes
Membership Cancellation
While no refunds are provided, members may cancel future recurring payments by providing written notice to info@minimumstrength.com or in person at the front desk. The membership will remain active until the end of the current paid period.
Coaching Programs
No Refund Policy
All coaching program fees are non-refundable once paid. This applies to:
- Personal coaching packages
- Group training programs
- Online coaching subscriptions
- One-time coaching sessions
Session Scheduling
- Coaching sessions must be scheduled in advance and are subject to coach availability
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule the session
- Missed sessions without 24-hour advance notice will be forfeited with no refund or makeup session
- Session credits expire 90 days from date of purchase unless otherwise specified
Merchandise
No Cancellation After Shipment
Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed. Please ensure you have selected the correct items and size before completing your order.
Size Exchange Policy (No Returns)
MNMM does not accept returns. However, if you receive an item that does not fit properly, we offer size exchanges under the following conditions:
- Size exchanges are only available if the item does not fit (too small or too large)
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- The buyer is responsible for shipping the item back to us (no return pickup service)
- Once we receive and verify the item, we will refund the full item price plus courier charges
- We will ship the correct size at no additional cost
- Size exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
Defective or Damaged Products
- Defective or damaged merchandise may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery
- Proof of defect or damage (photos or description) must be provided
- MNMM will cover return shipping costs for defective or damaged items
- A replacement item will be sent at no additional cost
Exchange Process
To initiate a size exchange:
- Email info@minimumstrength.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for exchange
- Wait for exchange authorization and instructions
- Ship the item back with tracking (you are responsible for return shipping costs for size exchanges)
- Once received and verified, we will process your refund (item price + courier charges) and ship the correct size
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Custom or personalized items cannot be exchanged
- Sale or clearance items are final sale
- Items without original tags or in worn/washed condition cannot be exchanged
Refund Processing
Refund Method
- Refunds for merchandise exchanges will be issued to the original payment method
- Refunds include the full item price plus documented courier charges for returns
- Processing time varies by payment provider (typically 5-10 business days)
Refund Timeline
- Refund requests are processed within 7 business days of receiving and verifying the returned item
- Bank processing may take an additional 5-10 business days
- Customers will receive email confirmation when the refund is processed
Important Notes
- Please verify all details (size, color, quantity) before placing an order
- Gym membership and coaching fees are non-refundable under all circumstances
- Merchandise cannot be cancelled once shipped
- Returns are not accepted - only size exchanges for fit issues
- All exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
