Domestic Shipping (India)

We currently ship merchandise to all locations within India. Shipping is available to all states and union territories.

International Shipping

International shipping is currently not available. We only deliver within India at this time.

Shipping Methods and Timeframes

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day
• You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order is shipped
• Custom or personalized items may require additional processing time (5-7 business days)

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times vary by location:

• Bengaluru (Local): 2-4 business days
• Major Metro Cities: 4-7 business days
• Other Cities: 5-10 business days
• Remote Areas: 7-14 business days

Please note that these are estimated timeframes and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or local disruptions.

Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and delivery location. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Free Shipping

• Free shipping is available on orders above ₹2,000
• Free shipping applies to standard delivery within India
• Promotional free shipping offers may be available during special sales events

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email
• You can track your order using the tracking number on the courier company's website
• Allow 24 hours after shipment for tracking information to be updated

Delivery Process

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. MNMM is not responsible for delivery delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Delivery Attempts

• Courier services typically make 2-3 delivery attempts
• If delivery is not successful after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us
• You will be notified of failed delivery attempts via SMS or phone call from the courier
• Please ensure someone is available to receive the package or provide delivery instructions

Signature and ID Verification

Some deliveries may require signature confirmation or ID verification upon delivery. Please have a valid ID ready when receiving your package.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged Packages

• Please inspect your package upon delivery
• If the package appears damaged, please note it with the courier and take photos
• Contact us immediately at info@minimumstrength.com with order details and photos
• We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Cancellation and Refund Policy

Lost Packages

• If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, contact us within 48 hours
• We will investigate with the courier company
• Once confirmed as lost, we will resend the order or issue a refund
• Please allow 7-10 business days for the investigation process

Order Modifications

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@minimumstrength.com. Address changes can only be made before the order is shipped. Once shipped, the address cannot be changed.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. Please refer to our Cancellation and Refund Policy for more details.

Shipping Partners

We work with reputable courier services to ensure reliable delivery. Our shipping partners include major national courier companies. The specific courier will be assigned based on your delivery location to ensure the fastest and most reliable service.

Delays and Force Majeure

MNMM is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Government restrictions or regulations
• Courier company delays or service disruptions
• Customs delays (if applicable)
