Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by M/s Minimum Strength ("MNMM", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services, including gym facilities, coaching programs, events, merchandise, or website.

Services Offered

MNMM provides the following services:

• Gym facility access and membership plans
• Personal and group coaching programs
• Powerlifting events and competitions
• Merchandise sales
• Online training resources and content

Membership and Registration

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register for membership. Members under 18 require parental or guardian consent.

Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You agree to update your information promptly if it changes
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

Membership Types and Fees

Membership fees vary based on the selected plan. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Membership fees are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

Facility Rules and Code of Conduct

General Rules

• Members must check in at the front desk before using the facility
• Appropriate athletic attire and closed-toe shoes are required at all times
• Members must wipe down equipment after use
• Respect other members and maintain a safe training environment
• Food and beverages (except water) are not permitted in the training areas
• Photography and videography require prior consent from other members in frame

Safety Requirements

• Members lift at their own risk and must follow proper safety protocols
• Spotters are required for heavy compound lifts
• Members must report any injuries or equipment malfunctions immediately
• Follow all posted safety instructions and staff directions

Prohibited Conduct

• Harassment, discrimination, or intimidation of any kind
• Use of illegal substances or performance-enhancing drugs on premises
• Theft or damage to facility property or other members' belongings
• Unauthorized commercial activities or solicitation
• Violation of any posted facility rules

Health and Liability

Health Disclaimer

Before beginning any exercise program, you should consult with your physician. MNMM is not responsible for any injuries sustained during training. By using our facilities, you acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks.

Limitation of Liability

MNMM, its owners, employees, and coaches are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses incurred while using our facilities or services. Members agree to assume all risks associated with participation in powerlifting and strength training activities.

Insurance

Members are responsible for maintaining their own health and accident insurance coverage.

Coaching Services

• Coaching sessions must be scheduled in advance and are subject to coach availability
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance or the session may be forfeited
• Coaching advice is for informational purposes and does not replace medical advice
• Members are responsible for following coaching instructions safely

Events and Competitions

• Event registration fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by MNMM
• Participants must meet eligibility requirements for their division
• Drug testing may be conducted at sanctioned competitions
• MNMM reserves the right to modify event formats or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances
• Participants agree to waive all liability claims against event organizers

Merchandise and Payments

• All merchandise sales are final unless items are defective
• Payment information is processed securely through third-party providers
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Shipping times and costs are estimates and not guaranteed

Intellectual Property

All content on the MNMM website and materials, including logos, text, images, videos, and training programs, are the intellectual property of M/s Minimum Strength. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

Termination of Membership

By Member

Members may cancel their membership according to the terms specified in the Cancellation and Refund Policy. Written notice is required.

By MNMM

MNMM reserves the right to terminate membership immediately for:

• Violation of facility rules or code of conduct
• Non-payment of membership fees
• Threatening or abusive behavior
• Providing false information during registration
• Any conduct deemed harmful to other members or staff

Privacy

Your use of MNMM services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your information.

Changes to Terms

MNMM reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
