Bangalore's Powerlifting Gym.
IPF-standard equipment. Coaches who compete. A community that shows up. Ground floor in Hulimavu, Bangalore.
Not a Commercial Gym With a Squat Rack
Most gyms in Bangalore have a squat rack in the corner and machines everywhere else. Minimum Strength was built the other way around: IPF-standard calibrated plates, bull combo racks, competition benches, stiff bars built for the platform. This is not a gym where the machines cap out at 100kg on a stack.
Coaches here compete. They know what meet prep feels like because they've done it. Programming is periodized and evidence-based, built around a real competition calendar, not generic templates.
The Wall of Fame
Every PR set here goes on the wall in chalk. Squat, bench, deadlift, men's and women's weight classes. District men's and women's team medals, 2025-2026. Competitors who trained here have gone 9 for 9 at Karnataka States.

"Competition standard equipment, calibrated plates, combo racks, you name it they have it. Best gym for powerlifters."
Nilotpal Roy
"MNMM Strength feels like a second home to me. Simply being present at MNMM has a profound impact on one's mindset, naturally pushing you toward growth, discipline, and a higher level of personal excellence."

FAQ
Yes. Minimum Strength means the floor, not the ceiling. You don't need a base level to start. You need a coach so you build one correctly. Most members who walk in aren't sure they're ready. That's normal.
Both are available. You can train here on your own with full access to IPF-standard equipment, or work with a coach on periodized programming. New members start with a free trial session either way.
No. Minimum Strength is a single-location, coach-led powerlifting gym, not a franchise. Coaches here compete themselves.
